Just got info that the importer is hesitant to bring in Quad speaker due to his thinking that this beauty are price stiff for a bookshelf and my not appeal to the mass market daw hehehehe business minded.

But i also learn that if Quad speakers really have follower/aficionados baka they'll try a pair DAW.

kaya sino gusto ng Quad??

saw the quad 11l in the singapore hifi show...
promo price of 790sgd...so bale 26k pesos...di ko lang alam yung regular price..
dagdagan mo pa ng evat, patong ng dealer(kung mas malaki ang gusto nyang kita)...baka pumatak ng 30k.
so may bibili kaya sa pinas kung ganun ang presyo??

You should listen to Quad's FULL RANGE Electrostatic Speakers--the mids are to die for. The ESL-57, then ESL-63, now the ESL-988 & 989 have to be heard even once. It was for creating the ESL that Sir Peter Walker was Knighted. Some rate his electrostatic speakers as the most significant innovation in the history of audio. They are still in production to this day.
