episode 4, "The Substitute" was the best episode so far, and a showcase for Terry O'Quinn. Very interesting things happening on the present day island and even more interesting stuff in the 2004 alternate timeline.

This show gets better and better, and we're one third from the end. episode 6, "Sundown", sees the corruption of both Sayid and Claire--are they both beyond redemption? Also, seems like 3 factions are forming: one for Jacob, one for Smoke Monster Locke, and one for those caught in the middle, like Kate...we'll see.

episode 7, "Dr. Linus", has trounced episode 4 (The Substitute) as the best episode for me so far this season. If ever there was one episode that fully defined the word "redemption", this is it, and Michael Emerson as Ben delivers a solid, unwavering performance that's worthy of another Emmy nomination.

Yup, the show is getting better and better. Episode 9 ("Ab Aeterno" - from eternity) tells the story of Richard/Ricardo and how he met Jacob and the Man in Black.

The Desmond episode has revealed what the "flashbacks/flashforwards" are about.

I have never felt this excited about this episode before. I cannot wait to watch all of the remaining episodes.

"Everybody Loves Hugo" (ep 12) was awesome--it was great to see the episode show almost everyone and not just focus on some characters...and I didn't expect that jaw-dropping ending.

So now we have at least 6 characters (Desmond, Charlie, Daniel, Eloise, Libby and Hugo) in the alternate timeline somewhat aware of what's happened.

I'm sorry...I am not getting the latest season.

Correct me if I am wrong...they are showing 2 "universe", one where the cast is stranded because Oceanic flight crashed (and all the things that happened in the previous seasons). And the other one is where they all survived and living their lives back in LA. And in this alternate universe some way some how they all (well almost all of them) still manage to bum into each other. However, I still don't get the point

Previously I had watched Lost from season 1 to 4 then stop. I'm thinking of getting the last final season but wondering will I ever get lost without seeing the other seasons first? $:-\$

The way jeyps11 describe it does sound confusing now that it has a different universe.

ABC showed a reply of Episode 9: Ab Aeterno tonight. What made it cool is that they added a "pop-on subtitle" that tells historical info about the Island, Jacob, Richard and The Man in Black. This special feature might be included on the BluRay/DVD release.

New episode will be shown next Tuesday (May4).

I was struck speechless by the casualties in the latest episode. :'(

With only 2 more episodes to go before the final episode, parang kulang pa rin yung time, and I feel like they won't be able to resolve most of the dangling plotlines.

"Across The Sea" felt like an episode that was too little, too late...with only 1 more episode to go before the season finale, i hope that they're not going to rush everything at the last moment. so far, there's been no sign of sideways Michael, Walt, Shannon, Ana-Lucia, Mr. Eko and Juliet, and we'll probably never see them again.

Well, Sideways Walt would be next to impossible because Malcolm David Kelley is binata na. And is no longer 10 years old anymore. Sideways Shannon and Juliet are all confirmed to appear in the next episodes. I heard rumors of Ana-Lucia and Mr. Eko but none confirmed.

they could've used a similar-looking actor; i'm sure the Lost audience will be pretty much forgiving at this point, if only to see the final fate of these characters.
