 ;D ;D ;D

Maybe the case was true before..pero from the looks of it...current developments in the threads...mukhang dumadami na ang mga girls dito sa PinoyDVD which shows na DVD collecting is no longer a "GUY Thing"!

My wife supports me when buying DVDs as long as worth while buying yung DVD!  She's the one pa nga who sometimes pushes me to buy the titles that I like...and after telling her I want this one....bigay sya ng go signal kung okey sa kanya!!

thanks

 ;D ;D ;D

My wife has bought me more DVDs than I've bought for myself. Not only that, she has begun to say that I deserve to get the HT of my dreams.

Hmm, the smart woman must be finding ways to keep me at home...

Although there are women who are into collecting DVD's, I think they are the exception rather than the rule. To them I say thank your for showing the way.  ;D

I've picked up the habit of buying DVD's for my girlfriend din and it seems to have worked (pero siyempre mga movies rin na gusto ko panoorin like Notting Hill and Moulin Rouge). But she hasn't gone into buying for them for herself.. or me for that matter.
.. well, not yet anyway   ;)

Calling all female PinoyDVD members (all eight of you - kidding! ;D ).  A site aimed at the "marginalized sector" of this hobby.

Same thing with the audio hobby - a very guy thing. Ofcourse there are exceptions, but very few.

I think it has something to do with the observation that guys find so much more pleasure indulging their senses than women do.  Men are said to  enjoy ogling at playboy magz more than women do at playgirl magz, which is better enjoyed by gays.   ;D

jaz my 2 cents: O0

probably because  a girl is more focused on fashion (READ: shoes, make up, bags, dresses, jeans, blouses and the like)

and guys are focused on toys/gadgets  (READ: ht, cars, mobile phones and the like)  ;D

but for me (i'm a girl btw  ;D) i collect them mainly because i simply love revisiting movies that i enjoyed....so my humble vcd collection is now being replaced by dvds  ;D
