imgur.com...upload your pic. then click refresh on your browser.

Right click then choose copy image address/url

paste it on the post reply. highlight the url/image address then click the Insert Image button on top of the post reply textbox. Done  :D

Having the speakers on damped, stable and rigidly constructed speaker stands is recommended to reduce resonance caused by vibration. Some will prefer to have certain type fillings inside the speaker stands while some will prefer no fillings at all for as long as the stands are made of "heavy" materials.

Having speaker stands could widen the sound range of the speakers coz you could spread it farther apart & could be at EAR-LEVEL at your sitting postion so theres really a big difference having it close to each other at the table w/ the amp. But presently if your contended w/ the sound quality your system produces than thats very ok already (no need for STANDS anymore).
By the way Nice Gears you got there Sir  ;)

I am using a JBL Digital 10 subwoofer which I bought wayback 1999. It came with floor spikes (if that's what it's called). Pointed metal spikes which was supposed to be attached at the bottom of the sub. As I didn't know how to attached them I didn't bother to attach them. Now I know it reduces floor vibrations. The problem is I lost them already. Anybody knows where I could buy them?

Spikes are tuning devices. just a warning that it may or may not improve the sound. It may even make it sound worse.  Both my REL subs came with spikes however the manufacturer states on the manual that they recommend not to use it as it leans out the bass.
