sir,

Ready for pick-up na yung Optimus speakers nyo. We replaced the edge. Further test showed that the tweeters are not working, unfortunately voice coil of ribbon tweeters cannot be rewinded/repaired.

Hey Guys, just received my Wharfes driver repaired by Benedict and Sir Paul. kumalas kasi yung pig tail nung isa sa mga terminals to voice coil. Sir Benedict told me that they have to remove the cone to repair the pigtail more precisely. after 3 days... Sir Benedict and Sir Paul deliver my repaired driver sa bahay mismo namin, and sila pa mismo ang nagkabit sa enclosure

wala akong masabi pagdating sa SQ after being repaired! SWABE! and about sa proper handling ng mga units??? here's some pics of the repaired unit.

eto naman yung hindi..

eto na sila ngayun.. pareho na sila tumutunog ngayun..

wala akong napansin na pagbabago lalo sa itsura, and to think tinanggal yung buong cone nyan.. i even compared the SQ dun sa isang 9 CS ko.. walang pinagkaiba!!!

Ready na po yung speaker nyo since last week. Itatawag ko po sa bahay para malaman na pipick-up-in nyo.
Eto nga pala yung speaker nyo after we replaced the edge.

The current available edge replacement in the market is made from foam or rubber. You can contact the local distributor of your speaker if they have the "m type" cloth edge replacement.

Sir mojo,

Where are you located? Got some old wharefedale floorstanders that I want you to take a look at. Damaged by our maid by accidentally turning the volume too high long time ago. Sayang kasi, just sitting in a corner. Also, sir do you assemble speakers? Lets say I can get some kef tweeters and woofers?

We're located @ 1241 Lopez Jaena St. Paco, Manila (back of Jollibee Paco). Probably the voice coil of your wharfedale got burned because of that incident. I agree, sayang talaga kasi kaya naman naming ayusin yun (repaired as per original specs) para naman mapakinabangan at ma enjoy mo ulit. Btw, PM me your contact no.
