Makro is selling an Akira DVD player at PhP999 only!
Is this a good buy? or it's just too good to be true?

..calling all Akira owners...how's this brand's performance?

the P999 tag was for a VCD Player. Are you sure it's a DVD PLayer?

Hold your horses!  I've just received an SMS from bespren Stac who's in Makro right this very moment and according to him the price of the AKIRA DVD Player is P2,999.00 and not P999.00 (misprint daw) :P 

Kaya yung mga susugod sa Makro forget it sayang ang pagod and gas/pamasahe  :-X :-\  ;D

sama naman! got the makro mail thing last week pa...was so excited pa naman!.....niyabang ko pa sa mga officemates ko....yun pala....MISPRINT!!!...sabi na nga ba, twas too good to be true....anyways, thanks for the info...at least was able to save gas and effort going there....or better, save myself from creating a scene in their store for the lousy MISPRINT!!!... >:(

got my Makro mail 2 days ago and again an AKIRA DVD player is on sale from aug 2-15 (hopefully NOT another misprint). here are the details:
