Creative CDrom is a good choice with a plus factor that it has an IR port for remote function.  Another is Sony CDrom which is tried and tested.  I have my Sony CDrom as my back up or for CDrom rolling

Maybe we can continue old threads para madali hanapin.  I think there was a 2004 thread when JojoD and other PDVD guys were starting with the idea of PC CDROM as CD player.  Search na lang sa forum.

thanks anthony for the delivery of my 5.1 speaker system. Left/right floorstanders, center, L/R surrounds...all proac clones(with 2nd gen drivers ). Although i havent got my receiver to set this up, im pretty sure ill be very satisfied with them.

Yes folks, there is now a cloneII with 2nd gen drivers - which is now the regular 6k clones being offered.
These gen2 drivers will be incorporated in the HT speaker set that Anthony will be releasing on the EB this month. 2 kinds of floorstanders, a center and a pair of cloneII surrounds will make up the set

Just a clarification lang sir - the down firing subwoofer than Anthony made for you is based on an old Velodyne design - its the same subwoofer design that Anthony has been marketing since before pa.

If however you think that it somewhat compares the spl/sq of the svs pb13 - then thats a huge compliment to DIY Master Anthony

Yung pag clone ng svs pb13 was meant only as a jest/joke last EB kay sir MikeC - since he was around to hear the joke, naturally

We will have an EB at my place at 2 pm on Saturday, June 20. We will feature 7 speakers of DIY_Master.

Front speakers: 2 x floorstanders with 4 woofers and 1 tweeter
Center: Horizontal speaker with 2 woofers and 1 tweeter
Surrounds: 4 x bookshelfs with 1 woofer and 1 tweeter

We will use my subwoofers kasi masyadong mabigat magdala ng subs, but we will lower the crossovers so that most of the bass will be produced by Anthony's speakers.

Anthony will bring the speakers this Saturday and we will optimize their location and calibration.
