The VCD was realesed a couple of weeks ago at the same time as the Spongebob SquarePants Movie (which was released on VCD and DVD) by Magnavision. I haven't seen any DVD copies of this title. Does anyone know when the DVD will be out, and if so, would it be the Unrated Version? Thanks!

Haven't seen the R3 yet but I'm thinking of getting this movie R1 which is the Uncensored and Unrated Special Collector's Edition. There's a thread on this: Team America: World Police R1

Alright thanks, man. Although I already was able to buy the R3 from Hong Kong for $159. It says "Special Collector's Edition" on the front. A big turn-off though is a red bar that takes up 1/4 of the cover (front and back) which in big, black letters warns of the movie being for viewers 18 and above.

I finally saw this in stores today, but it's a bit pricey at Php 895.

And the cover is the same as the US Theatrical Edition DVD, so it probably doesn't have the extended version of the "puppet love scene" reintegrated into the film.

I was hoping they will release the uncensored version locally. Looks like Iwill have to get the R1...    the extended version of the "puppet love scene" is a must. I couldn't stop laughing when I was watching this scene. Really hilarious for me but offensive for my wife
