Might as well note that what I like about this picture (over Pinoy Blonde) is that it does roughly similar things but in a less glossy manner and (I'm guessing) smaller budget, and it has a genuinely inventive--well, not ending, but follow up to the ending. It's not entirely original--that's the idea Wilder first shot for his opening scene in Sunset Boulevard (and he considers it the best thing he ever directed), but hey, at least he's quoting from Wilder, not Tarantino.
I like it. Not as much as La Visa Loca, but I I like it.
