The special edition if Im not mistaken do have a shiny glowy light blur on Sharon Stone's bottom during the bed scene with Michael Douglas

Just watched Shortcuts (Criterion Colelction)...

A good skin glimpse at Madelen Stowe (especially during the artwork posing)

And.. the one that top it all ... The ever talk about Red Bottom

of Julianne Moore (which clearly shows that she is a natural red hair)

I also have the In the Cut unrated edition. But watching the said 'scene', you'll notice that the 'skin' of the man seems to be fake or artificial. I dunno if it's just me, but I've watched the said scene several times on widescreen and on a pc monitor and I get the same impression.

Also, don't get me wrong guys, the only reason i've watched that scene several times is because of this 'observation'.

I re-checked the said scene..

Actual oral shot got shot in a close-up manner twice

The lady who is doing the oral scene sports a metallic blue nailpolished long fingernails

And, the skin of the man is not artifial at all .. done it on a frame by frame slow mo .. Legit

Ok thanks. I have to re-visit my copy again. From what I can recall, the oral scene was legit but its the man's 'organ' that looked like a dildo.

After hearing the commentary.. I moved on to the scene were Meg Ryan was totally naked and in a sex scene with another guy...

Its interesting to learn that there were only 4-5 people during the sex scene shot...

And how Meg Ryan is at ease and relax to it... hmmmmm ..

Gezzz.....I missed the commentary too since I'm not really into directors yacking away at their creation. At least my suspicion was correct.

Sorry, I wasn't able to get back to you on this coz our house is being renovated and my DVD's are safely tucked in boxes somewhere in our basement.

Different Strokes

The title was originally Jack And Jill And Jill but since one of the star of the film was the late Dana Plato (the white young girl in the 1980's Tv Show starred by Gary Coleman called Different Strokes) the producer changed it to Different Strokes.

Better aquire the Unrated Version, if you wish to get this DVD.

I havent bought it yet however its part of my buying list. Saw a classic Playboy around 1980s which Kim Basinger is the cover. And the preview of the cut parts of Bolero (back then) were part of it, since this is an unrated version, Im pretty sure its there
