Topic: r1, r2, r3????dvd player

hello guys i'm new to this forum and would like to ask something about this region thing....

i own a dvd player (which happen to be unbranded or shall I say the one that plays pirated copy)

I own several titles of dvd (original) and just become curios on the dvd marketplace because some of the titles there are in low price. anyway just want to know if r1, r2 and r3 versions of dvd can be played on my dvd player.....so that i know what to buy and not to buy in terms of region....tnx in advance

From what i know, basta your player is a multi-region player then it can play any region dvd.

if it's one of those unbranded dvd players, then most probably, yes... it's a multi region player and can play r1, r2, r3, r4, r0.. dvds.
