Hello.. I have a Sony Mini Component here.. with 2 Bookshelf Speakers.. meron din ako (2) Techniques 3Way FloorStanding Speakers. ung isang techniques nakakabit sa Mini Component, ung isa butas ung speakers, alam nyo po ba san pwede bumili ng speakers?? ung speaker lang mismo ?? 10", 5", pati 2.5" ung sizes..

also, nakakabit ung minicomponent ko ngayun sa PC ko.. ung Aux out(in?) ng Component ko, nakakabit sa Speaker in ng sound card, via 2 RCA to 3.5mm stereo plug.

My problem is.. Im planning to get a Konzert AVR500R Reciever, tapos gusto ko kabit ko ung 2 Sony Bookshelf Speakers ko pati ung 2 FloorStanding speakers dun.. para naka 4.0 Setup ako. What I wanna do is, gusto ko kabit ko ung A/V Reciever sa computer ko para pwede ko gamitin ung Speakers ko sa Computer, at gusto ko rin kabit sa DVD player ko, para pwede ko din gamitin dun. How do I do that? Help

Connect your pc the same way you connect it your old component. A receiver has lots of stereo inputs. Pili ka lang ng isa dun for your pc.

Connect the DVD via coaxial or optical connection.

ahh ganun po ba ?? pero kakabit ko sya as Stereo 3.5mm plug lang.. pano po ung 4.0 surround ??

also, another question..

what if lets say meron ako Logitech Z-5300 ..  Gusto ko sya gamitin sa PC at sa DVD na pwede palit palit.. pwede ko ba kabit ung Z-5300 sa Reciever ?? even though Powered speakers sya ?? para I can use it sa DVD player and sa PC rin ?? Thanks.

The are 3.5mm-to-RCA connectors available is most electronics shops.

Now, the Z5300. You can connect it to your receiver via the preouts. You also need 3.5mm-to-RCA connectors for this. But why would you wanna do that? Me speakers ka na naman

also last question, if ever i get Dai-ichi speakers, or wharfedale.. lets say Diamond 9 or something floorstanding.. lets say 6k sya.. sa 6k na un, isang speaker lang ba yun or pair na ??

What will happen to your other speakers? Why not use them instead of the Z5300? If you really want the Z5300, why get an AVR kung gagamitin mo lang siyang switchboard? A receiver + speakers can do everything the Z5300 can do, and more.

The price is usually per pair. Except for center speakers.

I think the sound will be 4.0. And only one source at a time.
