Has anybody seen the DE anywhere lately? I'd like to get one and give it as a gift. I should have bought two copies when it came out. Kahinayang naman ipamigay yung copy ko.

The Batman begins DE was reserved by someone who didn't kept his promise so they gave it to me instead.

Ah, the wonder of landline telephony. :)

Was anyone on this list lucky enough to win that big Batman figure?  Haven't seen any DE's in the last few months, probably one of the very few releases here that truly earned the name "limited"  ;D.

I dont know if anyone has the same exerience here... medyo mahaba na itong thread for me to browse on...

I bought my Btaman Begins DVD sa Astro SM Mall of Asia. The same night i watched the movie disc. The bad thing is i did not bother to check the speacial feature disc2... not until yesterday...

Lo and behold!!! the menu is in comics but not in English... walang English menu... choices are chinese, korean, and indonesian... it was so difficult to navigate... talagang kapaan... nevertheless the the contents are english language naman.  :( :( :(

If you choose Bahasa Indonesia, the menu will be in English..

Hope this helps ...

English menu is available by choosing BAHASA in the language options. you may scroll til the end of the comics menu (which btw is in english) and you'll find the simple menu in english.

to make the subs disappear, press the subtitle button in your DVD player remote control till the "subs OFF" appear.

Thanks for the tip... will try it tonight... so this means that Warner had a blunder with the way they produced the DVD.

Same in all R3 copies, DE and 2-Disc SE alike. Choosing the Bahasa option does give you an English menu to browse. ;)

Yup. This has been discussed before. It was a regional decision by Warner if I remember correctly. Who knows? Maybe next time we'll see a Tagalog menu option. :P

Seriously though, this was tried once but subsequent SEs and DEs abandoned this approach - perhaps after Warner Philippines complained.
