I think it is order basis for the EH EL34, but if you want to try the Svet EL34 you can go to Silver Strings, they also have 12AX7, 12AU7 there I think. Or you may try calling up sir Andrew of AMX if he has a set of EH EL34 for you.

EDIT: You may also try EH 6CA7 fatboys errr fat bottles. They are direct replacements for the EL34 and for me, very nice tubes indeed. Got mine from SG.

agree, ganda nga! :D

cc/zero feedback riaa/cc/cf. I just whipped it up. but of course the topology is not mine either. maybe just the implementation.

I hear Tony saying in one of his sermons... "this topologies and circuits are here since before World War II so there is nothing more to invent" or something along that lines.

 :)

Sir Jojo you have e-mail

odyopayl,

can you please email me the precise schematic that you want to use? if I'm not mistaken, you sent me a psu circuit for a V+ of 5VDC and a circuit that accepts 12-18V input. please clarify and confirm if you can source the crystal and rf tranny.

regards

;D ;D ;D  did i hear my name called? all i am saying is that we are fortunate that we do not worship a cult of originality for originalities' sake, there is no point in reinventing the wheel each time.

for as long as we understand what we are copying, then all is ok.

you are fortunate jojo, you need not go overseas to fend for your family.

 keep up the good work!

if there will surface 10 or more like you, then i will be very happy.
That's OK, you can like or dislike anything you choose. That's the wonderful thing about the freedom

Luckily, my friend from Hong Kong brought for me quad EH 6CA7, pair of EH12AX7 Gold, all for P5K only, all original, russian made. Wow, my MT35 sounds like a new system. High is more refined, low is more articulate, mids is sweet and forward,  of course with the Epos M12.2
Panasonic PV70
Bose acoustimass 7, vcs10, mdl100x3
Velodyne CHT 8R
Kenwood KRF X9090D
Sony BDP S

Congrats on your 6CA7! My quad are still in their original boxes waiting for that right time when it's a cold night and raining outside.  ;D

I agree with AudioAmplified, those Mundorf caps are great.  :)

As Noel said...  just line up the name para maganda tignan and SOLDER hahaha...  Yes Mundorf doesnt have directionality which makes life a lot easier.  They have several models of caps - MCap, Zn, Supreme, Silver Oil and Silver Gold.

Text or pm noel - 09189068718 and he can help you with that.

I would suggest try to measure the space before fitting in the caps first.

I had a b**** of a time trying to fit these in. The Mundorf caps are smaller so should be easier. Too bad la pang Mundorf noon. Thanks to Audio Amplified the Mundorfs are here.

AudioAmplified,

Is there a website containing mechanical drawings of different types of Mundorf Caps? I was under the impression that these caps are much bigger than other caps in the market and would surely love to have an idea if they can fit to a project's real estate.

Thanks,
JojoD
