Nice! I'm running one in my audio-only system too. Built the PCB from scratch though using CRT's published design. Helpful guy CRT - he's Indonesian btw. This circuit is so tunable and fun to tweak! My build is still sitting "naked" (without case) after 6 months in my setup because of that (besides those LEDs are so pretty when lit up).
This one's gonna be different, built with unpublished info, access to the best test equipments and most of all, unlimited funding, it's one of those perks I guess.
This will be built as if it were a rocket, exacting electrical measurements will be applied. Matched Idss and Vgs to the last millivolt and milliampere (within 2 decimal places!). Even the shunt reg's Vref and CCS is gonna be one heck of a feat.
I believe that's where all the fun is.
(Congratulations Jojo on your appointment as diyaudio moderator. Well deserved honor!!!)
Thank you!
