Further Details
Universal has released early details on the Jurassic Park Adventure Pack which includes all three of the hit dino movies. The three-disc package will be available to own from the 29th November this year, and should set you back somewhere in the region of $26.98. The discs themselves will be identical to those already on the market. One thing we should point out though, is that the first Jurassic Park DVD isn't the one with the DTS track. If that changes though, we'll let you know. I'm afraid Universal hasn't made available the official artwork for this one yet, but we'll do our very best to bring you that shortly.

not only that sir jeckjeck......i think (or better still, i guess ;D) it's not really a box set but only a 3-pack of the 3 movies, or at least it doesn't have the 4th disc "Beyond Jurassic Park" w/c is exclusive to the Jurassic Park Trilogy Box Set...... 8)

is this still available at Amazon-UK? how much? if its expensive i'll just have to get an unsealed R1 copy from my contact in the US.  :)

i dont know if it's just me.. but i think the PQ of the previous R1 releases needs big improvement. the DTS sound is superb but the PQ does not impress me.

a remastered trasfer would give this release a big push in the market.

It's a little bit grainy nga.  A new set with be great.  I think they are saving it for the hd dvd.

this is probably true w/ the DTS Coll. Ed. version since the presence of this additional audio track eats a big chunk of the disc's memory......the Jurassic Park Trilogy box set doesn't have DTS on the first 2 movies (only the part III has DTS), & i find their PQ to be just fine.......IMHO, the DTS CE should have been spread over a 2-disc release...... 8)

But still among Region1 Jurassic Park DVD set the best is still the Jurassic Park/Lost World Deluxe Gift Set.

Gosh up until now at retail/online markets it costs around $90-$120 :'(

this is after all a box set pala & astig na astig ang cover art (parang may similarity sa new Jumanji), BUT still there's no 4th disc "Beyond Jurassic Park"......here's the link to the covert art:

From the looks of it.  It will include dts.  Very nice looking boxset.  But the uk release has four disc.  but no dts and in PAL.  Baka may cut pa kasi uk relase. :-\
