Starsky & Hutch R3 any good?

I saw it for P299.  From looking at the features listed on the back of the box, it looks like it's the same as R1.  Anyone tried this yet?  Is it DVD5 or DVD9?

That's part of the Disney sale. I got it at full price a few months ago. It's a full-featured DVD-9, unless there's a second release I'm not aware of.
