Here are some of your options
1. Embed in concrete walls
2. Cover it with Cornice,Baseboard or wall moulding
3. Inside the ceiling.
4. Use plastic moulding
5. Flooring treatment

I hid mine behind the walls and ceilings during renovation.

I also used binding posts on both ends so that I could just connect my wires for surrounds to the posts.

Inspired from sir Levi's posts. Thanks sir!  :)

I have about 5 sets of these for my 7.1 surrounds:
2 plates in front, 2 sets of binding posts each to accommodate all 4 surrounds
Which connects to the back --->
2 plates for surrounds, 1 set of binding posts each
1 plate for back surrounds, 2 sets of binding posts

Very neat indeed.

If its cement, you may, as sir Levi said, embed it inside your walls, ceiling or floor using flexible pvc hose.

I learned from the carpenter & mason during construction:

"Mas madali i-retoke ang semento kesa sa kahoy."

I know medyo mahirap na babakbakin mo pa walls mo, but if you want the wires invisible & neat, this is one of the ways to go.

Another is, as sir Levi said (para akong sirang plaka ;D) stuff it in your cornice, baseboard, etc..

gonefishing, aside from hiding wires, now's the best time for you to install dedicated AC lines, if you haven't yet done that.

Just to add to embedding wires in cement walls or ceilings: put them inside a conduit pipe so they can be pulled out if needed. Make sure the conduit pipe (usually PVC) is big enough to handle fatter wires than the ones you initially want, just to have room for growth.

Levi's baseboard idea is a very neat solution, plus easy to remove and replace. I used that for my front speakers. Moldings that blend with baseboards or cornices would be another neat solution.

Good luck!

Its very simple actually. Just buy a blank plate, its available in any hardware store. Then buy a binding post, its the red and black thing at the picture. I found some in Ace hardware, but they were silver. I wanted gold and really had trouble looking for it, until I chanced upon it at Deeco, raon. All you have to do is drill the plate to put the binding posts in, then let your electrician handle the wirings and connecting your wires from the walls.
