The Philippines' Oscar Entry 2005

I read that the deadline for entries is on Monday na.

But I still haven't heard any news on which film we will be submitting. Is it Ang Pagdadalaga ni Maximo Oliveros, La Visa Loca, Ilusyon, Pinoy Blonde?

The current fave is PAGDADALAGA NI MAXIMO OLIVEROS. But there will be surprises, probably.

It should get a wider audience......the impact at the screening at U.P. film institute was tremendous! To think that it was a mixed crowd of yuppies, students and oldies. People were laughing and shouting at the right places.

Looks like the Philippines forgot to submit an entry this year... though I wished they submitted Ang Pagdadalaga ni Maximo Oliveros but I'm not sure if the Academy voters are willing to put in a video film in their 5 contenders.
