Fellow members, here is my update on what happened to my NAD. After about a week and a half ar Studio Systems, I finally am glad to say that once again I am a happy owner of an NAD T752
After a couple of days from dropping of my unit, I called sir redkoji and he informed me that to avoid delays in repairing my reciever, they would just replace it with a new one. Then a few days ago, sir redkoji posted online that my new unit would be available for pick up on tuesday. I went there yesterday to pick it up, but due to a little problem, I was not able to bring my new unit home. Today, however, I was informed by Reggie, an assistant of sir redkoji, that my new, sealed in box, unit would be available for pick up. I am breaking it in now, as we speak
So, as a review of the after sales service of Studio Systems, I have to say, they were pretty good
Slight glitch, but I am satisfied. I just hope my new unit has no further bugs.
