Mine usually gets influenced on what my 2 year old son wants to watch.  I regularly watch my chosen DVDs after he have finished browsing and watching his DVDs.

His favorites:

Bug's Life
Toy Story 1 & 2
Dinosaur
Walking with Dinosaurs ( a documentary )
Land Before Time
Pokemon: The First Movie
Iron Giant
Superman Collection

I tell you, everyday, he will try to watch all these or at least try to browse his favorite chapters in it before I can even try watching my DVDs.

Some of my most watched DVDs:

Mummy
The Matrix
Armageddon
Last of the Mohicans
American President ( with my wife )
Samurai X - OVA
Ninja Scroll
Braveheart
Parent Trap ( with my wife )
T2
Metallica: S&M
U2:Rattle and Hum

and of course all of my kid's favorites.

I've probably seen FRIENDS Seasons 1 & 2 over 15 times already on DVD. My fave FRIENDS characters are Monica (Courtney Cox) and Chandler (Matthew Perry).

What's with the kids today? My 2 year-old daughter hogs the DVD with her favorites:

The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland
Stuart Little: CE
Toy Story 2 (from the Ultimate Toy Box)
The Little Mermaid
Tarzan: CE
Mulan
101 Dalmatians (animation)
Chicken Run

She has seen these movies so many times that I've memorized most of the dialogue.  However, for the past few nights she's been addicted to the music videos in Stuart Little, Tarzan and Mulan.

Yup, kids can really do dominate our time with our DVDs.

I even made my kid a couple of VCDs which contains most of his favorite chapters ( usually the chapters with songs in it )to minimize his time on my system ( he has a VCD player in his room )and contain him on handling only VCD copies because most packages of his DVDs and sometimes the disk itself are now showing some tear and scratches on them.

I even make sure whenever possible that he has a VCD copy of whatever DVD he likes. But he still insist on watching on my system using the DVDs.

I guess its like father like son because I hate VCD quality. :D

Shucks I forgot about the DTS demo disks.  That was one of the reasons nga pala why I got them, para ulit-ulitin.

Dati I used to watch the following frequently:

1.  Austin Powers
2.  Dumb and Dumber
3.  Matrix
4.  Deuce Bigalow

I'd have to say (not necessarily in order):

Toy Story 1 & 2 (sheer brilliance)
Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (very campy but heartwarming)
Everyone Says I Love You (star-studded, musical fun)
Trick (romance is in the air)
Rattle & Hum / BeeGees One Night Only (need I say more?)
Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss (is he or is he not?)
My Best Friend's Wedding (just for the heck of it)
Austin Powers : International Man of Mystery (pure silliness)
Four Weddings & A Funeral (full of nice quotes, funny lines)
Jurassic Park (never ceases to amaze me)
Sleepy Hollow (well, it is TIM BURTON)
The Matrix (do I really have to justify this?)

South Park : Bigger, Longer & Uncut (you can do it, it's all up to mmmkay !!)

Here's my list:
- Superman: The Movie (brings back childhood memories)
- Crouching Tiger (kahit yung fight scenes lang nina Zhang Ziyi at Michelle Yeoh)
- The Matrix (I know Kung-Fu!)
- Boogie Nights (cool soundtrack, awesome movie)
- 2001: A Space Odyssey (parang may nagde-debut dito sa bahay habang naka full blast yung speakers dun sa "Blue Danube" scene  :))

my 1 yr. old boy is addicted to the shrek dvd. he watches it at least twice a day.  i'm kinda scared that he might look like shrek na nga after so many viewings.  i tried to show him other similar stuff pero it's only with shrek that he's glued to the whole time.  anyway, i'm waiting for the dvd of monsters, inc. so that we have an alternative.  i just hope he likes this as much as shrek.

here are add-ons to my list i posted earlier in this thread:

Almost Famous: Untitled - I keep on trying to watch the theatrical cut, but every time I start the DVD, I always end up replacing it with the longer version!  :)

Moulin Rouge - I just love watching those musical numbers!

The Godfather Trilogy - I'll never get tired watching these movies over and over again, even if they do last approximately 3 hours each...

Monty Python and the Holy Grail - Everyone in our house just loves this movie!  ;D
