Syntax Olevia - PAL Question
« on: Dec 19, 2005 at 11:44 PM »
question lang guys

I am planning to get a LCD TV (Syntax Olevia) in H.K. from a friend.   He can get it daw the problem is PAL daw yung Syntax not NTSC.   Anong diff kung PAL yung LCD TV and not NTSC?  The reason im want to buy from Hk is because .. roughly mga 50k lang with shipment yung 27" na Syntax Olevia dun ... and here in the PHIL it cost's 140k.

Im planning to use this for the XBOX 360, watch DVD's, and TV of course. Will there be a problem if ever i get a US 360 ... which has NTSC games ... tapos PAL yung tV ko.   Will it affect anything?

Thanks  :D

dude, you just cant use NTSC devices such as VCRs, Consoles, and DVDs on a PAL system TV. Unless its multi-system.

For TV Viewing, you cant use it if it is PAl

For DVD Player, it is possible because some players have PAL to NTSC and NTSC to PAL switch.
