sensya na po at yung wires di ko pa naaayos...

medyo maliit yung bedroom namin..hopefully makalipat kami to a bigger apartment soon

dvd player: pioneer 686
fronts: wharfedale 9.4
rear: wh 9.1
center: wh 9cs
sub: wh sw150
connections: audiopro cables and banana plugs
headphones: sennheiser hd202 and philips wireless hc202
others: slimtype ps2 and sigma av rack

repositioned...had to move the sub and the shorter dvd rack para equidistant. did some testing and the sub's placement is neighbor-friendly now hehehehe

safe ba yung monitor mo using the sigma audio rack? ako natatakot baka bumigay

and baka you can still adjust your fronts further apart pa and wag mo lagyan ng dvd rack in between them para mas maganda yung imaging nya

Jetok is right, you know. Sayang naman ang ganda ng gears kung bitin ang front left and right imaging.

Compare mo tunog if the DVD racks are placed in between the front left and right speakers, with the position of the fronts being slightly more forward than the racks and center speaker.

exactly...slightly forward and slightly toed in mga fronts towards listening position...creating a semi-arc....then kung medyu may pagka boominess..you can move the fronts away from backwall....in essence nga sabi ni sir jetok...experimenting is the key.....and of course your ears. two cents worth of tip lang sir....

....dami ko pa palang kelangan i-tweak. buti na lang andyan kayo para maturuan ako

@ricky: nung kinuha ko yung rack sa audio-visual shang ang sabi kaya daw hanggang 50" plasma (actually, panasonic 50" nga yung nakapatong sa display unit nila). my tv's weight is approx. 30kg, so sabi puedeng-puede daw. as for the dvd racks, yun nga ang problema ko kasi maliit lang yung space. ala nang paglalagyan unless i-off center ko yung plasma

@jetok, barrister, and munskie: i'll try to move it around and, as you said, experiment.

Great Setup bro!

I agree with all their comments on speaker placement. It was the first thing I noticed when I was viewing your setup.

If your Wharfes are rear ported, try to put some acoustic boards behind them to reduce some reverberation. I am currently fixing my bedroom setup and its very similar to your situation. I actually slept late last night thinking of solutions for acoustics that would also be presentable.

maraming maraming salamat po uli...unfortunately, i can't do much anymore because of the space constraints and additional cabinets we bought sa bedroom

only option would be to move the ht setup to the living room which is extremely dangerous (read: "di ko po alam kung bakit biglang sumabog, koya!"

)

anyway, we're looking to move to another apartment soon, so i know what to look out for and what further questions to ask hehehehehe

ganda ang luphet!!!!!positioning na lang ag kulang sir!!!!!!!by the way sir merong link dito about sound trappers that you can make yourself by your design ,size and specs you might be interested in that!!!just my 2 cents heheh!!!by the way sir ano ang ginamit nyong sapin para sa spikes? meron din kasi akong 9.5 eh ..diko alam kung ano ang magandang sapin!!congrats and more watts

thanks, mga sir...yun na nga eh. lalo akong nanggigigil kasi positioning na lang kinapos pa sa space.

di naman puede ilabas mga cabinet ng mga gamit namin at baka ako ang palabasin

yung sapin ko either nakapaibabaw siya sa carpet or pag nilalabhan, gumagamit ako ng maliit na rug....baka palitan ko soon ng blu-tack. balita ko ok din daw yun.

yung sound trappers ba yung nabanggit ni matzter na diy acoustic boards dun sa thread nya or is this found somewhere else?
