This seems to be an entirely novel approach to further stretch the $$$proceeds of hollywood blockbusters. Issue a pre-production or in-process anthology or movie-making diary in a hard-to-resist packaging. It not only gets before-the-fact revenues, it wets the appetite for the film. I wonder how much of this will go into the DVD special features when it comes out. My hats off to creative hollywood marketing. If this pulls off, next time around, expect to see similar DVD pre-movie diaries of eagerly-anticipated films.
