That episode with the Aurora Borealis was the first episode of Northern Exposure that I watched, and after viewing that, I was hooked. That particular episode remains my favorite to this day--a sleepless Cicely, Chris's black brother, his sculpture, Joel's meeting with the legendary Adam, and songs about the moon, including Moon River. Fantastic episode, a true classic.

Damn--are there really no plans to release this series on DVD?

1. Moonlighting - so glad they're coming out with the box set soon
2. Remington Steele - I can still hum the theme song
3. The Equalizer (I like his Jag) - question: I dunno if my memory's whacked or not but did Robert Mitchum supposedly "replace" him in some eps coz Woodward was in the hospital or something? Also, does anyone have a copy of Woodward's albums?
4. Sledge Hammer - Yun nga ba yung title? It starred David Rasche who was obssessed with his gun (never left his side, ever - except the one time he attended his ex-wife's wedding)
5. Mission: Impossible - krassss ko si Thaad Penghlis (sp?)

Yes I do. A little known fact -- the kid who played the sidekick of Hexum is actually the older brother of Soleil Moon Frye, TV's Punky Brewster.

I miss Ed. It's running in Star World but I don't like the season that's showing there.

I wish they'd show episodes of The Naked Truth and Japan Video Tour some more. Actually, I wish they'd release them on video.

Boy Meets World, MTV Downtown and Aeon Flux are pretty cool too.

The Wayans siblings were the craziest sickest bunch that ever graced a comedy show. From impersonations of Milli Vanilli, Oprah Winfrey, Arsenio Hall, Grace Jones, Whitney Houston, to original characters like Antwone Jackson the homeless guy, Homey the Clown, the Homeboyz, and Hey Mon with the Jamaican family the Headleys, they made me appreciate (and laugh out hysterically) humor, Afro-American style (Yikes, I think I'm being racist... sorry)

Oh, and Jim Carrey was first discovered here. Was he one crazy sick guy on that show. His gender-confused beauty queen-fitness instructor Vera de Milo drove me nuts...!

and, for reasons i can't explain, the TV series about Raven (the female Highlander). si Paul Johannson ang human love interest, back in the days when he was buff and not his present reincarnation as the evil dad in One Tree Hill. I think it was one of the first TV series shown on AXN that I watched regularly, when AXN was carried only by Destiny cable.

I remember many of those shown on FEN. We used to buy those UHF antennas with boosters. From what I remember, FEN used to show something like two sitcoms (from 7 to

, one hour-long action series, then a movie or more sports. During weekends, they showed Elvira, SNL, or WWF Saturday Main Event.
