It's a great buy. Mura lang. Remember it PAL.

is there anything wrong if it is on PAL format? i mean, what's the difference between PAL and NTSC?

does this mean that PAL is bad?

Not at all. There's nothing wrong as long as your DVD player/TV can play/display this format. Nowdays all player/TV sets can play multi system
