mchammer: I ordered it sa Deepdiscountdvd for $17 something- amazon is always expensive so I stay away as much as possible!

no tax and no shipping! how cool is that!!!

Can you play it in a multi region DVD player?
If yes The disc has no RCE protection. I'm just making sure... How much nga pala sa PARC? 1500?

A: The truth is, RCE is still in a 'testing' phase. The only studio which is really 'using' it is Columbia Tri-Star, and even they are only using it on a very small number of titles. The 2 Warner Bros titles on the list (both South Park) have RCE only because it was put on by original company producing the DVD and not WB and subsequent South Park DVDs have NOT had RCE. For now Columbia Tri-Star seems to have put RCE on hold, a number of recent high profile releases have NOT had it, but there has been no formal announcement on their future plans.

A Walk to Remember is a Warner Bros title, that means no RCE. Enjoy!

well, considering the distance where it came from pwede na rin dahil the movie was worth paying for naman eh... I totally loved the movie! it makes u think seriously about life and that we only live once...

finally got to see it last night w/ the wife.

i'm not a big fan of mandy...heck i did not even know she exsisted until this movie.
this is definitely a chick flick!

she looks better with very little make-up as compared to her get-up in the music video...

but that's just me.

What makes it even more weird is that if you check Amazon, the original version is no longer available!

Watched the R3...Good movie, sappy and all, but as many online reviews says, it earned the emotions...

The R3 is as stated on the R3 board - junk. Spelling errors ala 'Sparrow-edition'.

Check Amazon for the R1. It's now available, again. The Family-edited version is Fullframe, and it's already kid friendly, except maybe the initiation thing at the start, but even that ends badly, so kids can know what's right or wrong. If they want a Family-friendly, it should be 'G' not 'PG'...
