Problem with LOTR: TTT R1?
« on: Mar 22, 2006 at 11:11 AM »
Ever tried playing your LOTR: TTT (not the extended edition) R1 recently? Go to the "Wolves of Isengard" part and some of you might notice skipping and sometimes the player even stops. I think this defect was mentioned before when the discs first came out (as a legal R1 import from C-interactive). The discs we got run perfectly at first or 2nd viewing, but after some years, it seems that the defect has resurfaced. The disc does not have obvious scratches. Anyone encountered the same thing?

Doon sa mga matagal nang di nap-play yung LOTR2, try it as soon as you get home.

The problem is common to all of us.  It's the layer transition.  I have 3 dvd players.  I've notice the stops on my Kebao player.  But plays well in my pioneer dv655 and a little pause in HTD 1.
