Not sure who has the largest collections but some like Firewired, ThePatriot, Mr. Hankey have over 2000 & perhaps even more than 3000 by now?

No, definitely not.

But I can tell you actor Richard Grieco of 21 Jump Street has over 3000. Read that in an interview.

Pero puro Region 1 lang siguro yung collection niya.

If I'm not mistaken, firewired and wifey dvdiva already had more than 5000 titles 3-4 years ago. So today, that number must be much higher.

Leonard Maltin has all the old movies ever released on DVD's not just that he also has every R1 movies that was released on DVD.

Yeah, we shouldn't count Leonard Maltin due to his role in reviewing movies as pointed out by hemisphere. But it's sure nice to know he has every single R1 DVD in existence.

True Redge.....to enjoy HD movies in our home we will need to upgrade to HDTV panel, HD player and AV receiver should we want to take full advantage of the 7.1 sound system....BIG burn in our pockets. :'(

We'll wait 2 years or so for the price to drop to a more reasonable level....then by the time we complete all the basic gears, another few more years may have gone by...hopefully our gears would not be obsolete by then!

even Poorer.

If we belong to the same region which is region 1. I hope they don't make locally packed or produced region 1. remember we still have Magna, viva, c-interactice, star, warner.

Clue po ba yun *cave* na jpeg filename? yun po kasi ang filename ng na leech kong picture sa internet. Try niyo po right click ang picture and tingnan ang properties.

Uhhh... 5,000 is a myth. More like 2,000 (more or less) but that's peanuts compared to some people I know who I suspect bought every pirated DVD ever released locally.

Mr. Hankey and I probably have about the same number of DVDs. I have a lot more R3s now compared to when levi's pictures were taken nearly 3 years ago. I also don't buy as much anymore since (as you can see), I have serious space issues.
