great game by lebron yesterday he totally controlled the game...missed it? then read this LEBRON the Teacher

also awesome game by phoenix and clippers today
down by 13 points the suns rallied a 10-0 blast with 5 minutes to go...
kaso sam "i am" and elton "im no kwame" brand shutted them down.

Ok din sa akin if the Heat advance to the Finals.  I'm rooting for Shaq, since he's an ex-Laker.  :)  But Detroit really seems formidable despite losses in the post-season to Milwaukee and Cleveland, plus they have homecourt advantage.  Tall order for Miami, pero bilog nga ang bola.  :)

yup, its a pretty tall order for Miami....Payton can't guard Billups.  And I think Shaq will have trouble with Big Ben guarding him.  They need a Bowen-type defender (Posey?) to chase Hamilton around those picks. Wade is the key. If he can carry the load and much more, Miami has chances.

Another Detroit-San Antonio Finals doesn't bode well too for Stern.  Last year's Finals TV ratings is low.

i think the viewership of the semifinals will be

1. Spurs vs Mavericks
2. Suns vs Clippers
3. Heat vs Nets
3. Pistons vs Cavs

I guess you don't like Detroit that much, hehehe...Rasheed just guaranteed they'll win the series with the Cavs.

di naman, it's just that for the past few years the same old teams ang nanalo.  tapos ng spurs, lakers, tapos pistons  naman, tapos spurs ulit.  i do think the pistons are formidable pero bigyan naman nila ng chance yung iba na magkaroon ng singsing.  kawawa naman kasi, hehehe...

Wagi sila LeBron!  74-72   ;D  Yahooooooooo!

Caught the last 8 seconds and was screaming when the Pistons made their last drive. Muntik naaaaa  :o

I wonder how'll Rasheed will react after his "predictions" about winning Game 4.

edited coz I got my Wallaces confused, haha

OT...local play...It was sad to hear a PBA player, Eugene Tejada of Purefoods suffer a very serious injury.  Until now, he is numb from the waist down.  Hope he recovers, though it was reported he will need multiple surgeries and a very long rehabilitation.

nasty fall on tejada, but i was shocked to find out   pa sa Makati Med yung ambulance. So hindi talaga fully prepared sila for any emergency. I hope next time the PBA makes sure that there is an ambulance on standby in every game, in town or out of town.

I think he was also at the bottom of a 4-player pile-up....freak accident.  anyway, Dallas just beat SA, to move up 3-1.  Suddenly, the defending Champs are in the ropes.

who ever thought that Cavs would make a 2-2 after games 1 and 2....kulang na mag concert si Usher sa saya :D

OT..regarding Tejadas fall, saw that play...he got the ball and had a nasty fall then Mike Penisi fell on him, he even heard  then cracking sound on his back :-\  laid down motionless  for 20mins yata. News report said that he can feel his lower extremities now (but still cant move the legs) and putting a titanium plate on his disllocated spinal cord is in consideration

So si Usher nga yung nakita ko!  ;D

I hope next time the PBA makes sure that there is an ambulance on standby in every game, in town or out of town.

SOP nila yon ang alam ko kaya nga nakapagtataka bat ang tagal dumating. Ang sabi ni Kume, it was because of the storm daw kaya na-delay  ::)  Hindi rin nga siguro fully-equipped yung naka-standby (Lifeline Arrows?) galing pa ata sa Makati Med yung spinal board (or whatever you call that unyielding scrap of material) and the neck brace. Very sad to see.

oo nga.  mukhang matatapos na ang season ng spurs.  i seem to recall they have never recovered in the previous years kapag down na sila ng 3 - 1.   :-[

Sam Cassell called on a 8-second violation while smiling playing prank with Rajah Bell on a potential game winning possession.  Tim Thomas forgetting to call timeout on a potential game winning play.  Jack Nicholson in Phoenix rooting for the Clippers.  Dang!!  Some weird situations out there.  And Jack?  a true LA fan.

heart breaker for LA but i think it will go 7 games. the suns are sure fun to watch but i doubt their chances when they face a defensive minded team.

These Phoenix Suns always find ways to escape with a win - nakakainis na!  :)  But I agree that this series will likely go the distance.  Phoenix should be favored in a Game 7, and it should make a nice story line if they bump off another LA team in a deciding game.  But then again, if the Clippers manage to beat the Suns and advance, mas matutuwa siguro ang Laker fans.  :)
We deserve better.

that sequence was too funny. except if you're a fan of either team, of course. or their coaches -- i though d'antoni and dunleavy would have heart attacks!

Exactly, bwisit sila. The Lakers had game six but couldn't rebound the ball, hehe!

Every Clipper 2, the Suns fire back with a 3.   Phoenix is always at the bottom when it comes to defensive stats. Playoff basketball is all about defense. They've been very lucky so far.
