Hello fellow Pdvd'ers.
After 14 long years since I last started this thread and eight years since my last post. Had the chance in reading it again. I must say it gave a big smile in my face going back through the pages. You'll notice that I started with a simple setup and within just a few moment it transformed into a dream ht setup. And I would say that that era was the best part in doing the upgrades because the technology difference on those years were quite radical. It was a really a dream that came true. I admit I was really lucky I had a chance in experiencing these upgrades.
But more than just the gears, the thing that made me happy was the advises I got from the friendly and helpful Pdvd members ahead of me. They are the real reason of my upgrade inspiration.
Last 2010 I have already sold most of the gears you are seeing in this thread. In exchange for a business opportunity. Home theater is still my hobby but now I am only using a 32 inch tv, a media player and a Logitech 5.1 speaker system. It's a simple setup but still does the job in entertaining me with my family on a bonding movie night.
The gears have already been downgraded. But I still have some of the former dvd member advisers as my clients and friends. And that is what I consider my true upgrade in life.
