« on: May 24, 2006 at 09:12 PM »
From DVD Journal

Just announced from The Criterion Collection is Eric Rohmer's Six Moral Tales, a six-disc box-set that will include the director's The Bakery Girl of Monceau, Suzanne's Career, My Night at Maud's, La Collectionneuse, Claire's Knee, and Love in the Afternoon. All will feature new transfers from restored elements, while also on board will be a new video conversation with Rohmer and Barbet Schroeder, five of Rohmer's short films, archival interviews with Rohmer and others, a video afterword from writer/director Neil LaBute, theatrical trailers, and an enclosed booklet with stories and essays. At this point, the titles do not look to be available individually — street is set for Aug. 15.
