I would just like to share my good experience with Amazon.com today.
Very fast customer service response.I ordered a dvd set last week. It is set to be shipped soon. Today, I saw the price of my order dropped a significant amount. I wrote them and requested if I be charged the latest price since it is still unshipped.
They responded almost immediately. According to them, i will be billed the new low price.
I am happy that they value their customers even if we are based abroad.
