I have little doubt that devoted readers of the site caught our tease of a blurb about this package hidden away in another news item a few weeks ago, but today Warner Home Video has made it official by announcing the release of The Exorcist: The Complete Anthology on the 10th of October at a retail price of right around $42.99. The six-disc set will contain both the original version of The Exorcist and The Exorcist: The Version You've Never Seen, plus Exorcist II: The Heretic, The Exorcist III: Legion, Exorcist: The Beginning, and Dominion: Prequel to The Exorcist. There's been no word on extra material as of yet or how the expected supplements will differ from the discs that are currently available or those that have been previously released, but we'll let you know as soon as we find out.
