sfter logging-in or if you're already logged-in, look for "Your Instant Messages" under YABB SE Stats.

Isagad mo sa baba yung yung scroll bar tapos makikita mo na yun. Click on the number of your instant messages.

your number 2 image might be too big... i noticed that it's 70 x 70. i think pinoydvd avatars have a size limit of 65 x 65.
