It's only for music and picture playback and must be FAT32.

Uu nga sir hindi pwede video kahit pag network. So need talaga ng Media player right? (ea. WD Live)

yup, heto setup ko:

WD HDD --usb--> WD TV Live --hdmi--> Denon --hdmi--> TV

 :)

Ayos yan! I'll invest someday sa dedicated media player. Ganito set-up ko pag play ng video:
PC --networked--> PS3 --HDMI--> Denon - pag mga anime dl at pag tinatamad mag copy sa HDD.  ;D
HDD --USB--> TV --Optical--> Denon - pag DD at DTS lng ung movie.

Salamat sa info brader!

yung red sa left side, ibig sabihin nun may pinalitan ka na values after audyssey calib.
yung right side naman pag naka green ibig sabihin naka ON ang dynamic volume,  pag off red din sya.

hi, i need some help with my denon 1910

just recently, while i was watching movie, my avr suddenly shut down, but everthing in my HT set up are still running. the standby light is flashing red. ive checked the manual and it says exactly this:

symptom: power switches off suddenly while you are using the AVR-1910, the power indicator will flash red at intervals of approx 0.5 sec.

Cause:  1. use speaker having impedance less than specified.
            2. If speaker cable core wires touch each other or the core wires become disconnected from their   terminals, the protection ckt will be activated in the event of core wires coming into contact with the AVR-1910 rear panel.

Countermeasure: 1. please use speakers which have the specified impedance.
                          2. Unplug the power cord, then after twisting the core wires together tightly again, or effecting termination treatments etc, please reconnect once again.

ang ginwa ko po i reconnected all speaker and video wires, i checked all wires kun me nabalatan or kinagat ng daga pero intact naman po lahat. i reconnect all speaker wires to banana plug just to make sure that evrything will be okay.

then just this evening after long hours of rewiring i tried to watch some movie pero sa kasamaang palad ganon parin po.

i have been using my avr and speakers for almost 2 years, wala naman ako nagagalaw sa connection kya nagtataka ako bakit ganito na bigla avr ko. huhu..pls help naman po. gusto ko man iparepair sa service center kaso sa palawan pa ako. ipapaship ko pa cia para lang maparepair. baka maaus ko pa before ko ipadala.

btw: ito po ang simpleng set up ko just in case un need.

panasonic 42 pv80
denon 1910 avr
polk audio tsi 300 front, center and sorrounds
polk audion dsw pro 500 sub
ps3 slim
HDX
castle power line filter
stac avr 1500w

pls help, thanks guys. thanks pdvd.

sir kung hindi makuha sa master reset katulad ng suggestion ni bryan338, try mo disconnect lahat ng speakers. then try mo ikabit one by one i.e fronts muna, then center, then surround, then sub. para malaman mo kung saan yung problema. hope this helps

ninjababez, sa power section may mga cold solder that caused  avr shutdown. sobrang init ng heat sink..try to re-solder then  lagyan mo ng maliit na fan sa heatsink..ung ang ginawa ko ok na di namamatay.

hi guys quick question.
my current setup
HTPC > Denon 1912 > Plasma TV
may option ba to bypass the receiver's function?  kumbaga i want to Bypass HDMI signal when/while receiver is off.  tried turning off the receiver, nawala lang display sa screen  ;D

Hi there DENON user.  Can anyone assist me with my setup?

I'm new to the DENON AVR and would like to know how to setup my current HTPC to my Denon 1909 AVR via HDMI.  Planning to use it 50% Video / 50% audio.

My current HTPC connects to my Sony LCD via HDMI.

Will this setup work?  HTPC ----> DENON 1909 ----> Sony LCD  (All using HDMI connections?

Thanks guys...  :D
