i dont know with my denon x500 if its hdmi board, it displays weird characters, its still in LIS since oct 4, and still under warranty. tagal na nga eh,

My Denon AVX-X500 gave up on me sometime in September. Power supply issue. Buti na lang under warranty pa, kasi I bought it from Acoustical Stage (yun yata ang name) sa SM Megamall last December 2013.

Dadalhin daw nila sa Beyond Innovations, yung supplier ng Denon here in the country. They gave me a number and contact person. But when I tried following it up, the people there could only say that I should wait for 2 to 3 months before it could be fixed since they are awaiting for the necessary parts! They likewise couldn't provide a service unit. So I'm staying away from Denon from now on.

Bought a Yamaha RXV-677 instead from 5th Avenue. Too bad they don't have the titanium silver variant, hehe

yup, yung sa listening in style sa shangrila, ang kausap ko ay si osang, whenever i called her up, about 5 times na yata or more and daming dahilan ng denon, yung pinaka malupit e yung sinabi ng denon na wala silang sasakyan, e sa makati lang yata, i told them na baka naman pwedeng i taxi na yan kasi ang tagal na. eto na naman, just followed it up recently, ang sabi ay may hinahanap pa daw na parts.

problem talaga nyan is yong service center (beyond innovations) i had this Harman Kardon 3390 got broke out, dinala ko sa kanila then after a week called me that the unit has a big problem where in fact ang problema lang nong unit ko is ung alarm sa panel is VOLTAGE PROTECT and they charged me 11,500 peso bucks to repair it and will take 3 months. Told them that i will cancel the repair and pull it out.......then i brougth it to LOVE Electronics in Pasig. they repaired it in two weeks time and cost me 4,700 bucks

nakakatawa pa nito i bought another unit in Lazada dahil i planned that my HK 3390 is to be use for back up for my system, pagdating ng unit sa Bahay sabik na sabik ko nang buksan ang unit and when i removed the packaging, bumungad at nabasa ko agad sa ibabaw ng box is yong name na BEYOND INNOVATIONs, talaga naman akong napamura.....i bought nga pala is yong DENON X series

oo nga eh, hindi tayo makawala sa beyond innovation pag denon, HK, AKG at JBL products, sila distributor at service center dito sa atin.

i tried to call LIS if they have service unit to be spared for me for this holiday season, kasi hindi nila alam kung kelan magagawa, sabi ni osang wala daw ganun sa kanila.

hanggang ngayun wala pa din, since oct 4...

osang of LIstening in Style gave me a run around,she always told me na paawa effect for me, yun pala e nov 20 pa nirelase yung gamit ko, panay sabi nya na panay tawag daw nya sa service center e ako nag email sa beyond innovation katagal na pala na release, dec 7 nag email ako sa beyond innov, dec 8 sumagot sila na na release na nung nov 20, forwarded emal to osang, then osang told me baka nasa warehouse lang daw nila sa pasig with no one at fault, kakainis lang, bait baitan sa tel call, but she doeant have phone etiquette, doesnt even know how to greet caller with good morning or anything.

Hi guys!

I need your expert advise regarding the problem I have with my Denon 2313CI. I always hear a static/crackling sound in my left surround speaker whenever I turn the AVR on. The annoying sound gets more audible as volume increases. At first, I thought its the speaker that causes the problem. But after doing several tests (i.e., speaker replacement check, avr replacement check - i have another spare AVR, terminal check, etc.), I have found out that the problem lies on the AVR itself. The culprit might be the left surround channel terminal.

Is this a confirmation that there is something wrong with the internal hardware/s? Can it be resolved by just cleaning the terminal connection inside? What causes the problem? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! All the best.
