O it depends. I see Clara as an aspiring Time Lord and what happened inevitable. I like the story arc.

That Monks trilogy had a weak ending but otherwise I like em all.

New season opener is pretty good. Jodi Whittaker is a knockout.

Random thoughts while watching S11 ep1 "The Woman Who Fell To Earth":

Upon seeing Jodie Whittaker as the new Doctor:

It's BLONDE Anne Curtis!!!!
David Tennant, take off that dodgy-looking blonde wig 😄😀😄 (you're not FOOLING us!!!)

"Uuurrrggghhhh, I hate empty pockets!!!" I guess some of Peter Capaldi's sarcasm must have rubbed off onto her

"We don't get aliens in Sheffield" - so how do you explain these blue onion-shaped things!!!!

"She's got TWO separate pulses!!!" - Grace

DNA bombs!!!!

That part where JW's Doctor MacGyvers herself a Sonic Screwdriver - priceless!!!!

"Sonic screwdriver...more of a Sonic Swiss Army Knife..." - The Doctor (now with added Sheffield steel!!!)

"Halloween's next month, mate!!!" - random drunk picking off unwanted bits from a discarded takeaway

"See? Always ask a bus driver!" - Graham

Aliens....who are also grammar Nazis (and cheap cheats to boot!!!)

"...I'm cravin' for a fried-egg sandwich" - sure beats fish sticks and custard any day!!!

"These legs definitely USED to be longer!!!" - the Doctor, again

The whole ransom-your-transport-keys trick - always works!!!

"I am the Doctor....sorting out fair play throughout the universe. Now please get off this planet - while you still have a choice"

The new DW theme....it's a throwback to the classic Delia Derbyshire arrangements (thankfully - been tiring of Murray Gold's orchestral bombast

I'm liking how inclusive the JW Doctor Who era is. Finally getting rid of the gatekeeping that extreme fandoms have.
