well i hope they finally get a permanent fix on this soon, nothing like having peace of mind while trying to relax watching on your tv (which is the reason you bought it on the first place)

the least service/customer care people could do is to be pleasant and patient with our questions if they cant provide an immediate solution, and not being dismissive and claim to be 'unaware' ( they equate this word with innocence not ignorance) of the problem

He consulted Hitachi Singapore daw. Wala daw flickering issue sa Asia.
