Very good find!. Pinalabas na kaya eto sa Manila? Highly recommended watch.

Watched this BD after Cowboys Vs Aliens na ubod ng babaw ang story - maganda nga lang ang DTS-HDMA sound quality and aliw na rin ang idea of aliens in the old dusty West - although mostly malinis si Dr. 13 of House M.D. hehehe

Mysteria

-a once famous, hasbeen writer who is down in the dumps, unable to pay his bills and living on cigarettes and alcohol trying to write a script for a movie. Unexpected murders/deaths happen to a politician's wife and a film student and he becomes a suspect. The events that surround him gave him inspiration to write and finish his story. Casted by Robert Miano, Danny Glover, Martin Landau and Billy Zane. Interesting mystery/thriller that can pass through the Twilight Zone.

Cars 2

Didn't like it as much as Cars. What happened here? I asked my kids if they liked it and they said OK LANG NAMAN. So there. PQ and SQ remain demo quality but not sure if this is a keeper

No wonder it only got a measly 38% at rottentomatoes.com

It rained all day in my area last Saturday so I got enough time to watch these

Adele Live At The Royal Albert Hall 2011 - just go ahead and buy right away, and let this concert do magic on your HT.

The Devil's Double 2011 - Story about Uday Saddam Hussein. If you liked The House Of Saddam, you should watch this as well. Very well acted

Lidice 2011 - Story about the small village in The Czech Republic that was completely wiped out (genocide) by the Nazis. Very beautiful camera works and awesome cinematography on top of the moving story. Oh this is in foreign language - Czech I suppose - but with English subs. The Special Features are likewise in foreign language - too bad.

Jurassic Park

- Childhood relived. I remember back in '93 when I watched this movie almost everyday on a copied VHS (with a lot of cuts to fit the tape), ruined and dirty out of repetitious rewinds, then I had it on DVD on '03 (Astro Ilo-ilo trip souvenir) seeing scenes that weren't there before and now on BD (steal Black Friday Sale) a picture and sound quality that brought fresh viewing experience. Having been able to watch it for countless of times, I'm quite surprised I had goosebumps when the Brachiosaurus entered the frame with that piece of John Williams classic theme. Such a nostalgic childhood favorite...

Gotta love the grain.

Swordfish There are two reasons to watch this movie and Halle Berry has both of them

It's a mindless, popcorn flick with all the elements of an action movie -- explosions, car chases, guns, gorgeous actors, mean bad guys. You name it. Story? Forget it. PQ is superb as well as the sound.
