The Bourne Supremacy

PQ gets much better here than the first one. Glorious colors in every scene. Love it. Action steps up with director Paul Greengrass esp. his patented shaky hand held camera style. What is interesting here is the pinoy martial arts style used by Matt Damon called Filipino Kali (http://howtofightlikejasonbourne.com/tag/jason-bourne-kali/). Astig! The climactic car chase scene with the rocking soundtrack is just friggin' cool. Noticed Michelle Monaghan too in a cameo role.

can't wait too watch the 3rd Bourne movie...

Nice mini review sir. Hope the others would also write a sentence or two about the movie they just watched rather than just posting the title of the film. Like the PQ and SQ or anything that stood out or sucks about the movie or Blu Ray itself. Much like what the TS did:

Seabiscuit (HD DVD)

Aside from being one of the most inspiring movies Ive ever seen, its also one of the most natural looking films ive seen so far on the format. Near flawless as far as visuals is concerned. The soundtrack is also top-notch with the .1 having a workout on the horseracing sequences. This is a must have for the highdef collection.

Demolition Man

I've never been a fan of Demolition Man until now that I've seen the BD. It's a pure popcorn movie but a highly entertaining one. Aside from Sandra Bullock, it's good to see a very young Benjamin Bratt and Rob Schneider. The dialogues are simply outrageous but still entertaining. The PQ and SQ are outstanding. This is one of the better looking "old" movie in HD. I love how it looks and sounds. If you don't like the movie, I still recommend that you rent or borrow it just for you to see how a great looking BD this is...

Fast Five 2011 CEE Bluray

Ive been thinking since the weekend of another action flick that is on the same level as the finale of this movie. It defied the laws of physics, it's outrageously improbable yet I felt it was absoulutely awesome - SUGEHHH! too much fun to watch that I phoned my wife to beg her to watch it. - she hates Vin Diesel. As of last night, she has prepared herself by watching FF4. hehehe

The only thing missing was the The Rock calling Diesel a Jabroni. I was anxiously waiting for that punchline. BTW, I dont think Vin Diesel is as tall as the 6"5' The Rock, so Diesel must be wearing 5 inch clogs in that scene where they were breathing on each other's face - the absolute Jabroni moment I felt.

Oh yeah, the car engines were so freaking loud and boomy that by the 1st fast action car scene, I had to turn off the subs -it was after 10:00pm already and my HT room windows were fully open to let comfortable natural air in.

Categorically the best FF in the entire franchise and Im pretty glad that it earned quite huge in the box office.

Cant wait for FF6., and they'd better keep The Rock there!

Hi Alan, got the LG LW5700. Big improvement from my previous flat panels. Likewise viewing 3D for me does not have the hilo effect which I often have kapag sa movies, probably maliit kasi ang screen

the 3D glasses also is more comfortable than what is provided sa movie house

The Matrix Reloaded. I watched Reloaded when I was in 3rd year highschool. And after 8 years, mas madali na intindihin yung scene between Neo and The Architect.
