Christmas Marathon

Watched it a hundred times --- and still loving it. Nothing beats the original. The 4th one comes close though. PQ is ok, better than DVD. Sound is fantastic. The extras are slim so better hold on to your 2 disc DVD copy as it contains all the good extras.

Yes, it's a Christmas movie! Didn't realize until I watched it again. My wife and I LOVE this 90's actioner so much. Everything you ask for in a action movie, with funny one liners from start to finish. What a movie indeed. PQ is very good! Sound rocks. Again, slim extras.

Not as good as the first one but my kids love it so much. Surprisingly the video was excellent! It's a great movie to watch on Christmas eve.

Event Horizon- a very good upgrade to HD. I could recommend its PQ on good lighting scenes but noticeable grain on dark scenes. Although the audio is just Dolby TrueHD, it didn't disappoint. It outputted those low frequencies where it was needed which still made me jump on those suddenly appearing eyeless "ghosts". Watching it again in HD made me felt I was watching it the first time maintaining that gripping suspense in this scifi-horror flick.

Up - Ganda ng PQ at AQ. The movie itself is one of the most exciting and it's one of Pixar's best.
