Anyone else bugged by the fact that Eccleston is listed only as a guest star? Because I think we'll be getting a Peter Stormare/Prison Break treatment here.

If The Invisible Man is just as vital to the story as any other regular (which I think he will be, even moreso than The Two-Timing Black Chick), he should at least promoted to regular cast. Listing him as a guest pretty much tells us that he'll be out of the picture soon. Dead by next season, maybe?

But I guess that if they indeed listed him as a regular and killed him off soon, that'd p*ss the bejesus out of me as well. So I'm torn. And what I just wrote is now completely pointless.

Carry on.

Hahahaha!!!  Good analysis!  I was thinking the same thing.  You started out strongly believeing in something then contradicted yourself in the end.

In essence, we ended up in the same place where we started.   ;D :D

Hiro is really a blast!!!!!

After stealing the samurai and discovering it was fake...he decided to return it still!!!  That Hiro is a blast!!!

Well, could be, but then Mitch Pileggi was listed as guest starring for eight seasons in the X-Files before his name was added to the regular cast before the series ended in 2002. And yet, he survived that eight years as a supporting cast.

Just my two cents  ;D

We just hope that the invisible dude makes it till the series ends...

freaky thing is ... what'll happen when peter comes close to sylar? will he absorb the abilities sylar has absorbed??

which also begs the question ... does sylar have to kill the person to assimilate his/her abilties, or does he do that simply for pleasure? (methinks the former because he wasn't able to get eden's skill since she killed herself.)

I would've wanted them to have sex first and THEN find out about it later. That would've been awesome!

Since Peter Petrelli can not only absorb other's special abilities but also....

retain them...it is safe to assume he already has Sylar's telekinetic powers right?  Since they already had physical contact.

It's a good thing you don't write for the series, it would have been a (F word modifier) sick soap opera.

Come on, don't tell me that the last scene was not actually stepping into General Hospital territory. It may have had that Ooh! factor but break it down into its basic components and that was formulaic soap opera.

The only thing missing now is a character who has the special power of faking amnesia.  ;D  A bit OT but those familiar with Wonderfalls from producer Bryan Fuller should rewatch the sixth episode of Heroes, the wax lion is on Micah's night stand.

so true... milo even had that "dramatic pause" look that's sooooo common in daytime soaps. LOL. i wonder if they're trying to win over a wider audience with all the drama. they've won the "fanboys" over... time to try luring a different demographic altogether. :P heh heh.

the wax lion is on Micah's night stand.

hey! i missed that. gonna have to rewatch it. thanks for the tip.

NBC Press Release for Heroes episodes this February:

Chapter 14: "Distractions", Feb. 5
Hiro (Masi Oka) struggles to make his father (guest star George Takei), a corporate tycoon, and ambitious sister (guest star Saemi Nakamura), understand his new heroic path in life. Niki (Ali Larter) has a chance to be with D.L (Leonard Roberts) and Micah (Noah Gray-Cabey) again -- but will she really be with them? Claude (guest star Chris Eccleston) attempts to teach Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) to harness his abilities, but the process could shatter Peter's faith in those closest to him. Determined to find her birth mother (guest star Jessalyn Gilsig, "Nip/Tuck"), Claire (Hayden Panettiere) makes her way to a trailer park in Texas. Meanwhile, Sylar (guest star Zachary Quinto) makes a shocking move against H.R.G. (Jack Coleman) -- and his family.

Chapter 15: "Run!", Feb. 12
While the scandalous truth about Claire's real father is revealed, her adoptive mother (guest star Ashley Crow) faces a crisis. Matt (Greg Grunberg) takes a job as a bodyguard for a crooked attorney (guest star Aron Malsky), which puts him in the crosshairs of Linderman's very familiar new assassin. Hiro and Ando (guest star James Kyson Lee) return to Las Vegas to find the sword, but get sidetracked by a damsel in distress (guest star Missi Pyle). Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) finds someone on the list and unknowingly puts himself in grave danger. Meanwhile, Simone (Tawny Cypress) turns to some unlikely help in her and Nathan's (Adrian Pasdar) struggle to find Peter.

Chapter 16: "Unexpected", Feb. 19
Peter painfully learns that someone close may have betrayed him and Claude. Matt's world spirals out of control when radioactive man Ted Sprague (guest star Matthew John Armstrong) and Hana Gitelman (guest star Stana Katic), a fierce young woman with "wireless" mental abilities, drop into his life. After blood is spilled, Hiro makes a difficult decision about his mission.

Chapter 17: "Company Men", Feb. 26
H.R.G.'s past catches up to him as Matt and Ted Sprague (guest star Matthew John Armstrong), come to Texas looking for answers, and take him, his wife, son and Claire hostage -- leading to a tragic, explosive showdown. Secrets are revealed and new threats to the "heroes" are introduced. Eric Roberts guest-stars.

um, no.

They're not spoilers...they're the episode decscriptions that networks release to numerous publications like TV Guide, which are similar to comics synopses that are published in monthly distributor listings.

Nothing is spoiled, save for guest appearances--besides, why would NBC put huge spoilers in their press releases? No one will watch if they do that.  But what the hey, I edited the post and put 'em in spoiler tags anyway... ;D

One sexy assasin.

An ex-cop with the millions. Traiterous henchman mangled in two. One good throw hits the target and a looming tagteam from hell.

shame... and just as she was starting to get easy in the eyes. (love the blue eyes... she should've been in the running for the role of ororo munro...but that's another comic book altogether. LOL.)
