imo dapat walang laban si sylar kay peter coz peter can do whatever sylar can do and more pa. i hope we get to see the sylar-petrelli battle next season! kaso final episode of the season na in a couple of weeks, tapos nun another 5 months of waiting till season 2 starts :(

Yeah, dapat di uubra si Sylar kay Peter.  Problem is mas aggressive si Sylar and, if I'm not mistaken, Sylar's ability is to know how things work.

There is a rumor in the Wiki episode guide that Sylar will eat another hero's brain on the next one. Wonder who that might be? Could it be Ted Sprague?

Wonderful setup for the finale. Things are coming to a head and the writing was topnotch, everything just fell into place without it feeling rushed. I give my compliments to the episode writer for deftly weaving the separate "character scripts" written by the other writers into one cohesive whole.

Best line for me was: "Didn't I throw you out a window?"

I know changing one thing can affect something else (butterfly flapping its wings and all that) but I don't see how anything Hiro did could have led to DL's death (unless he's not dead). And if that were the case, future Sylar shouldn't have his power.

So, Faith wasn't a shape-shifter at all a la Mystique. Another fan pointed out that she has more in common with the Squadron Supreme's Moonglow. The latest episode really made up for the lousiest anticlimax (from last week) the show has ever had.
Clear eyes, full hearts can't lose!

DL's power is like that of Shadowcat.  In this episode, he killed Linderman by grabbing his brain from his skull.  He was still holding it while Niki was cradling him.  What if he accidentally fused Linderman's brain into his body and in effect get Linderman's healing ability (ala Sylar)?

I was just wondering:

Can't Peter use two powers at the same time? Technically, he didn't need Nathan for that last bit if he can, right? I just can't remember if he's done that before...

Overall, a pretty solid first season, and I can't wait to get this on HD DVD this summer!
The war is over...  Now bring on the classics on HD!

Probably he could, but with his condition on the last episode, i'm pretty sure he needed all the help he could get...

So, Sylar will turn out to be consummate villain, eh? Was really hoping he'd be the "exploding man"...

The teaser for Vol. 2:Generations is actually kewl...

Absolutely awesome! It's got everything and amazingly it was crammed into just one full packed hour. I was expecting the season finale to last two hours.

who could be the new villain? the man who, according to the girl, is much worse than the bogeyman

and is he going to team up with Sylar? (he's not dead, I'm sure)
what i didn't expect was Nathan's unselfish act, but he could still be alive for all we know (he could've flown Peter out into the space, leave him to explode, then come back to retrieve what's left of his brother for him to regenerate...). i was more inclined to see either D.L. or Parkman to get the ticket home (though D.L's more expendable, methinks).

Yep!  That is what I know as well.  "The Hard Part," "Landslide," and "How to Stop An Exploding Man" do comprise the three-part season finale for the series.

Wonderful season ender. It held together very well despite the numerous subplots--and came together very well in the end. That was one packed hour.

I wonder who will be returning in Season 2. According to the roundtable discussion in the past ComicCon, the plan for Heroes is to really mirror well known plot devices in comic books -- meaning the heroes will come and go depending on the story arc for the season. This means there is a chance that some key characters won't be in the second season but may appear in the third season (if ever there will be one). Very ambitious of them to think so long term.
