Imagine if Heroes was on Showtime. We'd have a full blown cat fight complete with hair pulling and shirt ripping. Not to mention a visible female nipple thrown in for good measure. Ah, one can dream.

Unlike Nathan, who was shot so could possibly be resurrected with Claire's blood, Nikki was apparently blown into a million pieces, so I don't see how bringing her back is possible.

Peter Petrelli is hands-down the stupidest, most gullible character ever written for a TV show. Matt should follow Mama Petrelli's advice and shoot him in the head.

I love how Hiro dealt with Adam. Can you imagine? He's immortal, so...

I used to think Arrested Development's Lucille Bluth was the worst mother on TV. After seeing episode 11, Angela Petrelli definitely wins mother of the year.

since nathan already has Adam's blood in him, he might heal on his own. or he can be saved by his daughter's blood.

personally, we can do without him in Volume 3 so i hope they keep him dead.

"It's poetic justice to have Adam end up in the same graveyard as Kaito," Kring notes. "We've given the audience no reason to believe that Adam can figure a way to get out of there. The fact that he can live forever makes this the most gruesome of internments. If this happened to any of us, at least we'd know we'd soon have the mercy of death. Not here."

I doubt he'll be imprisoned there for all eternity. One major earthquake to open up the grave and then bam! He's out!

Or maybe another tracker villain to help him out. A lot of possibilities. And imagine how pissed he will be...after gazillion years LOL. I'd like to see him though getting outta there the kill bill way.

I'm disappointed with him as villain. He wasn't much of a threat.

Agree. Peter is written stupidly here. Well, so's the entire Second Season. Underwhelming finale, felt rushed, felt even more of a letdown than the Kirby Plaza non-fight from the First Season.

Can't blame Kring totally. When he went on public admitting that he himself thought his show sucked the strike gave him little room to imporve it the way he probably wanted to. And they probably had to rush that finale.

Still,a letdown.

does anyone else feel that this series has not even come close to fulfilling its potential?

like many, i latched onto heroes after that intriguing first episode of volume one. the remaining 22 episodes had their moments, but truth to tell there were large swaths of volume one that were boring. still, some of the last few episodes of the first season managed to keep it interesting enough.

with volume two i have mostly wondered whether the show's team has enough creativity to keep it interesting.

Season 2 had at the most 3 good episodes out of 12. Thatr's not even 50%. You don't need to be a mathematician to conclude that that's a dismal average.

Of course, put blinders on and the whole season becomes a masterpiece.

The 3rd season of Heroes will start on Monday, September 22, 2008 with a three-hour episode. "Volume 3: Villains" will introduce a bunch of menacing characters, and this main arc will have the tagline, "In every hero there could be a villain."

Well, shows you what I know. I just checked out the Season 3 Preview on my R1 Heroes Season 2 DVD, and Ali Larter is back, talking about how excited she is since she'll be working extensively with someone in Season 3.

I'm assuming Nathan's alive, so it was a cliffhanger where all characters who apparently died actually didn't?
