Primus and TSx series mag ka match sir, si Loft sir ibang division sya sir, both will sound good naman with the avr170, it will just depende nalang sa tuning and listening preference nyo sir.

Regardless of amp, i-connect mo sa dac brader. Yung sa radio nman i-tap mo lang sa kahit anong metal gaganda na reception nyan. O kung may rabbit ear antenna ka mas ok yun

Edit: yung mp3 player mo pala may dock?

Hi, anyone have experience with an AVR330 and how to configure passthrough of the optical out?

I connected the optical out of the receiver to the optical in of a HTiB, but I don't think it's working if the input off the receiver is also from one of the Optical in's source input. (I was hoping it was always on 'passthrough')

I'm trying to see if I can use 7.1 with just the HTiB's 5.1 and two Wharfedale's 8.4.

I have an old AVR255 that's dying. The service people are still trying to figure out If they can fix it. So, there's a chance that I may need to replace at. Anong equivalent nung AVR255 ko sa current line up ng HK?

May ma-irerecommend ba kayo na mahusay magrepair ng harman avr aside from the authorized service center? Ayaw tumunog ung front left speaker. Tried connecting other working speaker to check if speaker ang sira pero ayaw pa rin tumunog so baka ung avr ang may problem. Nag back read ako to check reputation ng harman service center and there were bad feedbacks. Thanks

AVR171 sir. 255's are good amp sir, are you using voltage regulators for them?

To fully utilize 7.1, mas ok if hdmi gamit rather optical sir. And dapat optical out sya from the source not IN sir.

Yes, I am. The problem is with the HDMI. It can't seem to consistently receive the signal from any of my sources.

bossing tanong naman sa mga HK experts, me HK AVR3600 ako then connected sa LG BD/3d player. pano palalabasin boss na maging TrueDD or DTS-HD ung lumabas na format sa receiver pero 5.1 lang? connected via generic HDMI cable sya from CDR king. dati meron akong AVR235 automatic nadedetect nung receiver kung DD or DTS ung track ko na play via digital connection. dito sa AVR3600 nde pede ung ganon? thanks

May problema na hk160 ko. Sa unang bukas ok sya. Hdmi sources. Pag pinatay mo tapos binuksan after some time eh laging no signal na sa tv miski ok ung hdmi sources. Ps3 at pc ang sources ko. Di lumilitaw ung osd tapos pag speaker test minsan choppy o kaya walang sound unless itodo ung volume. Pag fm or other sources ok naman. Speaker test ok din. May nakakaexperience ba nito? San ko kaya pede irepair ito?
