you don't need to worry about the box dimension. basta kung ano yung total na-charge sa iyo ni Amazon, that is it. They will deliver it directly to whichever address you indicated.

I ordered some records in amazon last Aug 7 and up to now the items haven’t shipped. Both records were in stock when i placed my order. The provided shipping estimate was Aug 8-13. Mabagal na ba talaga mag ship ang Amazon? Usually my orders ship,in 1-2 days when in stock.

Sold by Amazon export sales LLC according to “my orders”. First time to buy from amazon and ship direct to the philippines. Usually i use johnny air.

At long last, yung latest order ko, shipped by UPS. Yay!

Yung previous order ko, APEX pero 2Go ang nag deliver so malaking improvement kumpara sa Ninjavan. Inabot ng 10 days pero good condition yung package.

placed another AMZN order last 13-Aug., multiple items per usual.  and this may not be the 1st instance that some of my items are sold by 3rd party sellers but all are fulfilled by Amazon.

this time tho, they separated my delivery into 2.  one with UPS (shipped on 15-Aug ETA of 22-Aug).  while the other one with APEX (shipped on 14-Aug one day earlier than UPS) but has an ETA of 28-Aug.  for the win talaga si APEX!  this is my 1st time for APEX.

with UPS, even if they say 10days delivery ETA, it normally arrives 4 or 5days. goodluck naman sakin kay APEX ngayon...

the APEX items has an ETA of 28-Aug (seems they are maximizing the 15days delivery promise)
- departed NY on 16-Aug, Friday
- no further updates of its whereabouts

while the UPS items has an ETA of 22-Aug (promised the 10days minimum delivery period)
- it's at Clark Pampanga this morning, 18-Dec
- expected to be at my doorstep tomorrow, 19-Aug
- UPS packages are always like that: promises the minimum 10days but will hand it to you by the 4th or 5th day (longest is 6days)

* bakit kasi may APEX pa!

Nako NY din nanggaling yung item na hindi na deliver sa akin last time though yung last two na from NY na deliver naman.

I have one that will be on its 10th day tomorrow via APEX. Sana naman ma deliver. Naka pending third party delivery status na kasi nung isang araw pa

ordered Aug 11,  from amazon details it should arrive on Sept 2, but on the 19th of Aug (Holiday) dumating na. 2go an nag deliver

UPS/Air21 hindi nagdedeliver ng holiday sa akin. Twice na nangyari ito.

Out for delivery yung package last Saturday pero na hold with this tracking update: "The delivery of your package has been rescheduled based on your shipment instructions for the carrier" pero wala naman akong binigay na instructions. Malamang made up palusot ng shipping company para di sila responsible sa delays since running late na sila. Anyway, hindi dumating ng Sunday at Monday na nadeliver. Still, 6 days lang from placing order to my doorstep. Mas mabilis pa din kumpara sa 10 or more days ng APEX/ECMS/2Go.

UPS delivery arrived on the 19-Aug -- took 5days

APEX via 2Go has just arrived today, 22-Aug -- took 9days.  okay din ang packaging niya.  I actually recieved SMS at 4AM saying "Anticipate delivery of your package..."

nothing negative has been experienced.  yahoo to all, so far =)

The item was delivered in 6 days so it was well within the delivery window of amazon. The status was out for delivery for a couple of days because Air21 doesn't deliver on sundays and holidays.

I seem to recall a past APEX delivery of mine that missed the delivery deadline. I was given the 5$ Amazon credit but I wasn't aware that I could've gotten a shipping fee refund as well. Maybe next time. Thanks for the tip.

Nagugulat na lang din ako sa kanila minsan eh. Sent them email via app regarding items ordered na may mga visible imperfections.

Aba response the next day eh refund na lang nila and i just keep the items na lang daw. If in house items daw yun magpapadala na lang sila kapalit pero since third party eh refund na lang daw.

Wala na ako nagawa. Hehe

One other item i got eh color blue sa item description at pictures. When i got it, the tag shows a different color and the item was not same shade as pictured.

Una they wanted me to return it for a refund kaso sabi ko the shipping cost returning it would be more than the item cost. Ni refund na lang at keep ko na lang din daw yung item.

Past 6 months i have ordered 30+ items already. Medyo pricey yung iba but i make sure it's leas than $200 per order to avoid the tax.

My order for 2 lps were delayed and i wrote Amazon customer service. They replied with this:

"To make up for the inconvenience, I've made an exception for you. Once your order will be delivered to your address, please write back to us, and we will issue $35.00 refund or credit to your account as a gesture of apology from Amazon.com

I know this refund can't make up for the inconvenience, please accept it as a goodwill gesture from Amazon."

However when I got in touch with them today to inform them that that only one record has arrived so far, and the second was scheduled to be delivered by tomorrow only, they just replied with a lengthy apology with no mention of the refund whatsoever. Should I remind them about this?

They can't issue it yet until delivered status na sa system nila thats why dun sa unang email they mentioned to write back pag dumating na

ordered 6 pairs of socks (along with other items of course) and when it arrived 5 pairs lang laman. quick chat session, ni refund na lang at keep ko na lang daw yung item worth $14 $19+.

who's not gonna love shopping at Amazon?

Ang hirap din pala ng returns process lalo pag malaking item/box.

Pag via LBC aabot ng around 5K for a shoebox sized package. Though weirdly enough, Amazon is willing to reimburse fo it. Sa policy nila upto $20 lang.

May ibang mas murang option ba in case one decides to return an item?

Bad experience with Amazon customer service though the return window has lapsed already because I had these brake rotors (they're heavy) sent by sea freight which took about 45 days. First of all I ordered a pair of brake rotors for one of my cars and when I opened the box it was only one rotor. So I checked with my shipper if it was only really one box and he confirmed yes. When my shipper offered to order me another rotor piece, he noticed that the part number of my order was different than the part number of the box! So they sent me the wrong rotor!


My only avenue for complaining was through chat. I need to ship the rotor back to them at my expense in order to refund me the 51 Dollars that I spent! Hindi ba ako malulugi doon? So anyway they wouldn't budge from their stance that I need to ship the item back. So my friend the shipper said that he would hand carry my rotor with him in October when he goes to the US.

talo tayo sa return shipment if coming from here ... advantage lang talaga pag sa US ... in my case I haven't really tried having an item delivered here in the Philippines, I only order to Amazon every time I go to the US and had a bad experience in one of my orders last July - I ordered a tire pressure monitoring system with HD color display and what they sent me was one with just the black characters gray background display (similar to old watches) ... unfortunately I only opened the item when I got back here in the Philippines and they wanted me to ship it back to the US, hence I just decided to retain the unit after a frustrating chat with their customer support ... item cost around $70

Based on my experience. I bought an item shipped in the US tapos inuwi dito sa pinas then defective pala yung item tapos kinontak ko yung seller. nagpadala ulit sila tapos di na pinabalik yung item dahil sabi ko nasa Pinas ako
