sa part ko naman, dun din sa US dineliver tapos inuwi dito, dalawang pair na shoes na magkamukha, same din size pero nung sinukat mas malaki ugn isang pair, pinapaship sagot ko daw, mahal masyado kaya hindi na naibalik

Bad experience with Amazon customer service though the return window has lapsed already because I had these brake rotors (they're heavy) sent by sea freight which took about 45 days. First of all I ordered a pair of brake rotors for one of my cars and when I opened the box it was only one rotor. So I checked with my shipper if it was only really one box and he confirmed yes. When my shipper offered to order me another rotor piece, he noticed that the part number of my order was different than the part number of the box! So they sent me the wrong rotor!


My only avenue for complaining was through chat. I need to ship the rotor back to them at my expense in order to refund me the 51 Dollars that I spent! Hindi ba ako malulugi doon? So anyway they wouldn't budge from their stance that I need to ship the item back. So my friend the shipper said that he would hand carry my rotor with him in October when he goes to the US.

UPDATE
I also emailed the brake parts company Power Stop about this mistake and they were totally silent while I was getting disgusted with the customer service of Amazon. So today they finally answered and the correct brake rotors are already on their way to my shipper in California without requiring me to send back the wrong part. Hay salamat!  :)

UPDATE

i stopped shopping at Amazon muna. pahinga na at masyado na din ako nagiging maluho. spent almost $2K in a span of 3 months kaka bili sa Amazon.

nagaya na ako sa kapatid ko sa US na may shopping addiction ata. sabi ng nanay namin araw araw may dumadating na delivery and the unopened boxes kept piling na daw.

Nirekllamo ko na APEX kay amazon nasa pinas na item ko last wednesday for final delivery na thursday september 19 pa daw. Mukhang maganda ireklamo natin ang apex na courier.

i can only compare it to MyShoppingBox and it's much much better getting it direct sa Amazon.

1. you get the item in 4-10 days compared to the same (most cases mas mahal pa) shipping price sa MSB that will take 45 days at least
2. cheaper din since the shipping fee is fixed. may added sales tax din kasi when shipped within the US (depends how much from state to state) to the 3rd party shipper. so you have the retrailer shipping price+tax+3rd party shipping charge. easy math  ;)
3. you do not know how big the box Amazon or the retailer will use to ship the item (Amazon is notorious for using big boxes) and that is a major factor how much the total cost will be using the 3rd party shipper as they compute the box dimensions and not the actual item.

Anong item ba yan if you don't mind me asking? baka naman meron na locally like sa Shopee at Lazada or somewhere else that you're not aware of.

medyo pahirapan sa refund ngayon ah. i got pushed back several times na. they are saying na they will issue the refund once they receive the item na unlike before napapa refund ko na agad.

Mukhang may major adjustments sila ginawa with international orders.  :'(

maybe you missed it or maybe you are aware already. anything above 10K total iba na computation ha? that's why most of us keep single orders to below 10K to avoid the tax.

yung makaka mura really depends. like i said, i have no experience with shipping cart. if they can consolidate multiple items into a single box and compute it from there then siempre mas ok yun di ba?

even if it takes longer, if its not needed kaagad ok lang as long as mas nakamura ka getting multiple items.

nangyari sakin yan from amazon uk sabi nila iship ko daw at sagot nila yung shipping.
pinadala ko from phils to uk yun items na defective. after ilang weeks nag email sakin amazon uk natanggap na daw nila and process na nila yung refund ng item + shipping.
yung amount ng shipping mas mahal pa sa amount ng item LOL  >:D

normally nagbibigay sila ng grace period para dumating yung item pero after nung grace period pag wala pa dun sila nagbibigay ng refund.

Does anyone here have any experience with IPAB? I bought some records using the cheapest international shipping option and got notified by Amazon that my order was shipped using IPAB. They provided a tracking number but the last update was Aug 27 pa. I'm not sure if it will be delivered to my house or if it will be picked up from the post office. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated...thanks!

Amazon is actually one of the biggest accounts that we handle. Ayoko lang talaga to go direct but for informational purposes, I'll check.
