Wow I ordered shoes for my wife last January 15 and it arrived today January 18!!! Delivered through UPS. SFO Running was the vendor.

Bad luck with Amazon Lately and I make it a point to raise it to amazon , hopefully they stop using Apex or Aramex.

Aramex held my package in a hub for 5 days with no movement till i raised it with Amazon and now Apex says my package is with the 3rd party (ninjavan) since Jan 20 . But upon checking Ninjavan still does not have it. 5 days na and most probably within 10 kilometers lang yun package sa akin..

I have 2 questions po:

1) If less than 10k it is better to order directly from Amazon but if more than 10k better use Shippingcart?

2) Do 4k blurays from Amazon have slipcases? If no, where can I get them online?

^ hindi naman.. may nababasa ako from previous days from other sites that the virus won't stay alive without a host for 6-8hrs.

madami nga naging concern yan since a lot of packages that are bought online are coming from China

usual route from US is Korea then Shenzhen (which is now on lock down) then Clark PH -- andun yata shipment hub or terminal ng UPS sa Pinas

minsan naman sa akin from US to Korea then Clark na agad =)  it saves me 1day early door-delivery kapag ganun nangyari =)

hassle nga sir kapag nag-APEX hindi UPS

i've had encoutered APEX 2x so far.  ayun, mas tumatagal ng +2-3days before mai-deliver sa house. sa Amazon tracking pa kakabahan ka kasi antagal mag-update ng whereabouts ng package mo...  tho they are still within the promised delivery date.  Amazon estimates 5-10days usually db?

always lucky when items get delivered on the 4th or 5th day kapag UPS =)

3. Arrived in the Philippines February 10
4. Delivered by Ninjavan February 12 (morning)

Good for you guys on Apex .

Mine was original order placed Jan 14
Supposedly transferred to Ninjavan Jan 20 but never arrived
too many follow ups until due date of Jan 30 before replacement was created
Feb 12 when replacement order was recieved..

its taken a longer time and the box was not in the best condition unlike with ups

yup that's not bad considering it's within Amazon's promised delivery date..

I have ordered too on Feb 6, then shipped out on the 7th from Amazon facility in NJ... unfortunately, it's APEX again.

no further tracking update since Feb 10 (leaving JFK, NY). so I still haven't received the item =(

Bumili ako ng 10-pack ng 3M N95 masks sa isang third party seller sa Amazon a few weeks ago since medyo mura ang presyo. Hindi Amazon ang nag handle ng fulfillment at ang ETA is about 3 weeks to more a month. Ipapa-forward ko sana dito via Shipping Cart since hindi pwedeng direct shipping yung mga ganung klase ng items.

A few days after placing the order, naka indicate sa order page na shipped na yung item via USPS pero yung tracking number na binigay, lumalabas na invalid sa USPS tracking page. After a week, nag message ako sa seller na invalid yung tracking number nila tapos inamin nila na hindi pa pala shipped yung product since mangaggaling pang china. WTF? ang labo. It's been two weeks, ganun pa din.

Nung binasa ko yung mga ratings nung store, maraming feedback na scammer daw.

Hindi ako makapag apply ng refund until March 19 kasi yun ang ETA na binigay ng Amazon. Lesson learned, dapat Amazon ang fulfillment at least kung bibili sa third party sellers.

Thanks for that sir   ...  Maybe not related here but same with Ebay mas marami scammer . but what is important is to check if guarantied by ebay ang item ... I made a mistake ordering for an online streaming account on ebay that was not covered by ebay.

"However, this item isn't covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee."

Di ko alam na may ganoon.

Lesson learned too mabuti na lang its a small amount .
