what I meant is the customs and taxes that are indicated on the Amazon charges ... I tested adding to cart a laptop, free delivery, but the estimated customs and taxes were $300+

you won't deal with post office/customs directly. you will still get the item delivered straight sa iyo. naka on top pa sa purchase na abot ng 10K pesos and up yung customs tax etc. kaya sobrang laki ng magiging final price.

I've made my first trial purchase for shipping to PH. Mga kitchen knives, pero $105 lang total. Let's see how that goes.

Gusto ko sana yung Masterbuilt na analog electric smoker, pero not qualified for free shipping. Ang bulky eh. Mas mahal pa shipping sa mismong item.

I remembered years ago may nadaanan akong topic dito sa pdvd where members who import dvds/blurays from amazon din yata yun, na nagrereklamo kasi parang ayaw na magship nila papunta sa Pilipinas kasi di nakakarating sa buyers ang mga parcels.  Ninanakaw sa post office ang natatandaan kong dahilan.

Alam ko hindi naman post office ang last mile ng amazon shipping sa pinas baka naman sabi sabi lang un ilang beses na ako nag amazon direct dito sa pinas dati pa no issue naman na ganyan

It used to pass through the post office many years ago. One of my Amazon orders took 7 months to arrive from the US and I got a notice to pick it up at the post office. The vendor already sent me a replacement item (because we thought it was lost) which I had shipped through Johnny Air.

Dumating na package ko (estimated Oct 19, so 5 full days early).

UPS did the last mile delivery.

EDIT:  My second package was delivered by Ninja Van.  I've also had one package delivered by LBC.  Pero majority is Ninja Van.
